Multi-Purpose Slippers

I bought maxi pads (4 per pair of slippers). One is the base, and another is bended over the other and hot glued to the base. Then I took ribbon and little decor things and hot glued them on top. Here is the poem I wrote to go with them:

I made these slippers just for you,
I think they are quite dandy.
When you're missing me and pace the floors,
They'll cushion your feet quite handy.

And for the times when we're apart,
Well, friend, don't you fear.
Just use these little slippers
To mop up all your tears!

Just gave them to my female friends and they got great reactions!

Thats soooo good! The reason I put 4 stars is because the poem doesn't really go with...well umm...maxi pads! Maybe changing it to something funny and has to do with what the slippers are made of? :)

There was a reason for this particular poem, because the ladies I gave it to have an inside joke about missing me all the time. Also, the last part about using it to "mop up all your tears" was meant to be because the maxi pads are absorbant. The poem can be changed to suit any given situation...just the slippers themselves are the funny part! Thanks for the response~! :)
