Personalized Movie Gift Basket

This Valentines Day I gifted my husband 14 gifts. Starting from 1st Feb to 14th Feb, one gift every day. And I had to do a lot of research for that. So, I thought of adding one of the gifts which my husband liked alot. This is very simple to make and inexpensive.

So I bought a simple fruit basket and decorated it. You can use your ideas, but here is what I did. I covered it with silver paper. Then I cut out hearts of different sizes from red paper and pasted it on the basket. I cut thin strips from green paper something to resemble grass and put it in the basket.

Once the basket was ready I put the DVD of my husband's favourite romantic movie in it. Luckily we already had it so, not much effort there.

Then I got some snacks and personalized them:

• "Love Pops" - I made a paper bag from colorful paper and pasted a red heart in front. I wrote "Love Pops" on it. Then I filled it with popcorn and put it in the basket.


• "Love Fizz" - I bought a cold drink removed the label and pasted my personalized label made from colourful paper with "Love Fizz" written on it.


• "Love Bites" - I bought a dairy milk chocolate, removed the label and added my personalized label saying "Love Bites".


• "Love Crunch" - similarly for the chips etc.

Then I made a movie ticket and handed it to my husband in the morning. And at night I gifted him the basket and we enjoyed the movie at our home theatre. You can be more creative and add to this idea.
