Last updated: April 22, 2025 by the Homemade Gifts Coloring Team

Do you love soccer and want to color a soccer coloring page no matter your skill level? I was never the best player on the soccer field, but that didn’t stop me from trying my best when I played as a kid. Sometimes soccer isn’t about winning as much as it’s about getting outside and having fun. Whether your kids are destined for the pros or more on my end of the scale, you can level the playing field with soccer coloring pages that are fun for players of all abilities.

Realistic Soccer Coloring Pages

These realistic soccer coloring pages really capture the feel of being in the game. Pick from the pros like Ronaldo and Messi. Plus, they’re as much fun to color in the bleachers as it is to play ball!

Soccer Crafts for Off the Field

After a long day on the pitch, your little ones might be tuckered out. These crafts are a great way to unwind, or a good substitute when bad weather keeps you off the field.

Make a Soccer Field Mouse Pad

All you need for this is some craft foam and paint. Craft foam makes a great surface for a mouse.

You probably want a thinner piece of foam, and you should look for green foam. Use a ruler to sketch out the lines on the field and ensure they come out just right. Then you can carefully paint them in with white. Let the mouse pad dry completely before you use it.

You can also do this with black or white foam and make a soccer ball mousepad. You might be able to use a soccer ball printable as a guide even!

Create Your Own Soccer Picture Frame

You’ll need foam for this craft as well. It’s very similar to the above, but with a different outcome in mind. White foam will serve as a great base (and, again, you can use our soccer coloring pages to help you get all the lines on the soccer ball right).

Cut your foam into a circle, then use black paint or a black marker to color in the black parts of the ball. You can also use black foam if you prefer a more 3D look. You will want to cut out the center black diamond on the ball. This is where your picture will go. Simply attach the photo to the back and add a ribbon so you can hang up your new soccer frame!

Sew a Soccer Bean Bag for Extra Practice

This one might be tough for really young children, but it’s a great way for slightly older kids to learn some dexterity in their hands and not just their feet.

You can use simple felt. As with the photo frame, cut the white felt into a circle, then cut out black diamonds and triangles (the diamond is for the center; the triangles for the sides). You can glue or sew the black parts onto the white part. Now you need a second one!

Once you have both pieces of your soccer ball, you can stick them together loosely around the outside edge. Make sure to leave one spot open so you can fill it with beans, rice, or stuffing. Once your bean bag is full, close up the stitch. You’re ready to kick around your homemade soccer bean bag.

Treat the Whole Team After a Match

Soccer is a team sport, and your kids have probably made a lot of friends on their soccer team. Invite the whole team over for a soccer party after a match! It doesn’t matter if they won or lost, everyone can enjoy a soccer-themed party.

Soccer coloring pages make a great activity for an event like this, but you can take things to the next level with soccer-themed food. Oreos are a great base for soccer ball treats. A little white icing can turn that Oreo into a soccer ball. If you’re a baker, you can make a simple rectangular cake, then use green and white icing to transform it into a soccer field that will delight the whole team.
