Bunny Coloring Pages Crafts You Can Do at Home
Spring makes me feel all crafty. Maybe it’s the warmer weather and increased hours of sunlight. If you get a crafting itch as well, you’ll enjoy these bunny crafts.
Make a Paper Plate Bunny Mask
You and your kids can be bunnies! It’s super easy to make a bunny mask at home. All you need is a paper plate, scissors, and glue. You can also use additional materials like cotton balls and googly eyes. It’s totally up to you. You’ll want to cut out bunny ears out of construction paper. Same goes for eyes and a nose. If you don’t want to make these shapes yourselves, you can cut them out of our bunny coloring pages. Glue them on and decorate to your heart’s content.
Paint a Bunny Egg
If Easter is coming up, make some of your eggs bunny-themed. A bunny face is a simple painting project that even the kids may be able to handle. You can use bunny coloring pages as guides if you want a little help, or just go crazy painting bunnies all over your eggs. Your kids will be extra motivated to find these adorable bunny Easter eggs.
Get Ready for Springtime Reading with a Bunny Bookmark
Spring is a great time to get kids into reading. A bunny bookmark could provide the motivation they need! First color your bunny coloring page. You might want to resize it before printing so it’s smaller. Then take an existing bookmark and measure it out on your coloring sheet. Make sure the area inside the tracing will look good on its own. Cut out the bookmark and attach it to cardstock to make it sturdier. You can add a tassel or ribbon for extra flare.
Use Cotton for a Fuzzy, Soft Bunny Craft
You can use cotton for a soft, pettable bunny craft. This applies to pretty much any bunny craft, including the mask and bookmarks described here. Since a lot of bunnies have white fur, you can use simple white cotton balls and glue them onto the body or face of your bunny project to make it super fun to pet. You can even glue cotton balls to our bunny coloring pages.
