Gingerbread Coloring Pages for Kids and Adults
Last updated: September 17, 2025 by the Homemade Gifts Coloring Team
Nothing says “Christmas morning” to me like the smell of gingerbread baking. Gingerbread men bring back so many happy memories of presents under the tree and struggling to sleep while waiting for Santa to deliver gifts. Gingerbread coloring pages are a great way to relive treasured holiday celebrations. Color them with your kids in order to make lasting Christmas memories.

We have cute gingerbread man coloring pages, including gingerbread houses, gingerbread men, and gingerbread Christmas designs. Color them while waiting for Christmas dinner to cook. Or break them out on Christmas Eve to help kids calm down when they get excited for Santa.

Gingerbread Man Christmas Crafts
Christmas is a great time for crafting. While you’re busy making gingerbread houses, check out these gingerbread man crafts as well.
Make a Gingerbread Collage
You can use any of our gingerbread man coloring pages as an outline for a fun multimedia collage. Don’t worry about the inside of the gingerbread man. In fact, it’s best if it’s mostly an outline with not much inside. That’s because you’re going to fill it with buttons, beads, glitter, and other fun crafty items.
By the end, you should have a sparkly, shiny, one-of-a-kind gingerbread man!
Create Your Own Gingerbread Man Ornaments
Since you’re probably getting ready for Christmas, turn gingerbread men into ornaments for your tree! One way to do this is by using gingerbread man coloring pages. After coloring, simply cut out the gingerbread man and attach a ribbon.
If you want to get fancier, you could make a gingerbread man out of popsicle sticks painted brown. Add a cut face and accessories, then attach a ribbon so he can go on your tree. Other materials like felt and empty toilet paper rolls are also great for this craft!
Sew a Gingerbread Buddy
The little ones might need your help on this one. Start by cutting two identical gingerbread man shapes out of felt. You can use a simple stitch to attach them to each other. Don’t close them up entirely. Instead, leave a little gap so you can add some stuffing or batting.
Then you can add eyes and a big smile using things like ribbon, pom poms, and markers. Now you’ll have a soft, squishy gingerbread buddy.
