Card Stock Stars
Print out or trace your star templates onto card stock to get a nice sturdy star. This is a great base for something like a Christmas tree ornament since it’s not as flimsy as paper. You could punch a hole through the top and add a ribbon for hanging. These could also go on the ceiling of a child’s bedroom to become a starry night sky. Be sure to decorate them before hanging them up!
Fabric and Wood Stars
By the same token, you can trace your stars onto materials like fabric and wood. This makes them even sturdier. Depending on your end goal, this could open up a lot of possibilities. A fabric star could end up as a patch on a child’s jacket. A wood star could become a nameplate for a bedroom door.
